The Colin Project is dedicated to ending the crisis of homelessness in the youth LGBTQ+ community.

Over 40% of youth homeless nationwide identify as LGBTQ+. This community is particularly at-risk. LGBTQ+ youth report twice the rate of sexual abuse by the age of 12. A third of them will be turned away from a shelter leading them to engage in survival sex within 48 hours of becoming homeless. Half of these adolescents will do so in exchange for housing or food, while two-thirds will attempt suicide. We can break this cycle before it begins and end this crisis with your help

Our vision is to collaborate with, invest in, and provide much-needed services alongside like-minded community organizations. We believe this crisis must be tackled holistically by;
